New Layout

It has been a long time coming, but it’s finally here. The new theme for PlmExchange.net. It looks very similiar to the old theme by design, except the backend is completely rewritten to make it easier to maintain, faster to load, and using a common generic approach. This all means that we can spend more time on content and less on the delivery. More cosmetic changes to come in future releases. Along with an AJAX implementation to help with load times.
